By using ColorTools ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

ColorTools provides free, browser-based color utilities for personal and commercial use. The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Permitted Use

• You may use the tools for any lawful purpose, including personal projects, commercial work, and education.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse-engineer the site's infrastructure.
• Automated access (scraping, bots) is not permitted without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

The site's code, design, and content are the property of Modular Web Systems. Colors generated by the tools are not copyrightable — you are free to use any color values produced by the tools without restriction.

Limitation of Liability

ColorTools is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the site or its tools. Color conversion accuracy is provided on a best-effort basis. For critical applications, verify results independently.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
